BIS exists because businesses were tired of managing five vendors to solve one problem. We put connectivity, voice, cloud, security and device management under one contract and one team.
BIS has been an authorised network partner since 2011. What started as a single store has grown into 20+ retail locations across the country. The business is still family-run, though, and that shows in how we work: decisions get made by people who actually answer the phone, not a call centre script three levels removed from the owners.
That family-run part isn’t a marketing line. It means straight talk, following through on what you said you’d do, and treating a customer’s problem like it actually matters. Those are the values the business runs on with every client, not just the ones who’ve been with us the longest.
What hasn’t changed since 2011 is the approach. We don’t sell you the biggest package available, we work out what your business actually needs and quote for that. If a smaller setup solves your problem, that’s what you’ll get quoted.
